central position friendly staff nice facilities small room sharp corner unsafe glass
I REALLY liked the hotel's central position, all main attractions were easy to reach by foot. The staff was very cordial, so friendly and professional. The hotel provided nice facilities. the red room had too much for me, BUT the details were perfect.
My room was a little small, and it was hard to move around comfortably. The bed had sharp corners I constantly hit my feet on. The glass partition in the bathroom felt unsafe... I bumped my head on it during the night.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff great recommendation
the staff was helpful i loved that they gave great recommendations i also appreciated them asking if we wanted a to go box for breakfast the next morning since our train left early the next day what a lovely touch.
the room was small i was disappointed that it wasn't possible to have two suitcases open at the same time there was only about 50 cm of space around the bed.

the hotel is right in the center of downtown it's also on a side street i found dining shopping and mass transit were easily accessed this made exploring super convenient and enjoyable for me.

the location was acceptable.
The room size was quite small. it was hard to move around comfortably with luggage. there were no bedside tables. Charging devices was inconvenient.

metro station beautiful design
the location proved perfect, offering convenient access to a nearby metro station. The hotel boasts beautiful design. Staff demonstrated service-oriented approach. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the well-organised cleaning service.
the absence of bedside tables proved inconvenient for charging devices. It made putting down a glass of water difficult. The room was small. There were not even two chairs available for sitting. The lighting in both the room and toilet was insufficient for tasks like shaving.

cramped room poor lighting
the room felt quite cramped it's a 5-star hotel after all i expected more space to move around also the lighting was poor especially in the bathroom it made shaving difficult the lack of bedside tables was annoying there wasn't a spot for my phone or water at night i had to put everything on the floor
